I made vegetarian chili

Morning star crumbles
1 large onion, chopped
sliced carrots
1 can hominy, drained
1 can crushed tomatoes
2 cans rotel
1 can Ranch beans
1 can Great Northern beans, drained
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
2 cups water
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix

I cooked it in the crock pot for about 5 hours, and I have 13 meals! 4 points each. I can have them as chili can add cheese or sour cream or use it for taco salad. I have to have lunches all ready to grab and go. I will freeze them. I have a huge freezer in the garage
