Post # 49

I am too excited to wait until tonights food post...... drum roll please...

I lost 2.8 this week, which makes 18.4 since I started this blog


Here are my January treadmil times (remember I didn't have the treadmill all month in January) and so far for February, 20 minutes every day


  1. I'm so impressed that you're able to exercise in the morning. I am ready to try to get fit again, but in the morning I am totally unable to function!! =) Need to re-build my stomach muscles. They are currently MIA.

    I'm down to micro losses now, so it's nice to see somebody really rockin' the scale. That's exciting stuff!
