Post # 51

Real quick I am so tired and I need to get up at 4:45AM in order to do my 20 minutes and pack all my food, this being healthy is work sometimes!!

Breakfast: Bimbo toast and cottage cheese
snack Fiber one bar
work food : turkey, hummus, mustard on a Oroweat thin sandwich, PB&J on an Oroweat Bagel thin, carrots, Jicama, and cherry tomatoes, green beans, Fage yogurt with honey and walnuts and vegetarian chili

I saved the points so I could stop at Yogurt Delight
