feel like I am failing .4 again this week

  1. You are NOT failing. The weight is continuing to go down! It's something about those 180's!!! I've been having a hard time getting out of them too! But, you are so close to being out of them forever. Don't let .4 down make you falter. Keep at it!

  2. It's going down...that is the right direction which means you are NOT failing!! Keep going. You are blowing me away with your diligence. As you said in an earlier post, 1/2 lb every week will still add up to a significant weight loss in a year. Basic math, as my dear Travis would put it. =) Yay for the new healthy life style YOU have chosen for yourself!! GO KARLA GO!!

  3. I know it is just so slow sometimes. I did my treadmil this morning and am not giving up, just a bad few weeks. I am going to try and pay more attention to not eating saturated fats
