Post # 65





Yesterday was tough but I am over it. Today was/is a new day
breakfast was an egg white burrito with mushrooms and onions and Laughing Cow cheese, salsa and hot sauce

Work food: TJ's egg white salad, a vita top (blueberry bran), blueberries and Greek blueberry yogurt, and broccoli and veggie burgers with Parmesan cheese.

dinner was fo yo

I got some Vegan Parmesan cheese tonight at Follow Your Heart (local health food store) so I am going to try it, there is no fat in it, we'll see???

Did my treadmill, vitamins and 2 liters of water. Feeling strong ..... screw you scale!!! *** LOL***
