Post # 75



OK a little earlier today because of my work schedule
breakfast was Bimbo toast and cottage cheese

work food: cucumbers, carrots and cheery tomatoes, Fage yogurt with blueberries, soup, oranges and mandarin's, Bimbo toast with hummus and WW cream cheese, green beans with Dr P's veggie burgers and 10 g of Parmesan cheese

I have been doing my treadmill every morning 20 minutes and taking my vitamins

See ya tomorrow.... Less of me that is

  1. I stopped by TJs today and picked up the peanut butter you've been eating. Cna't wait to try it. Like the way you are measuring out your Parmesan cheese - I remember seeing you were needing to do that. Glad you didn't cut it from your meal plans since it is so good!
