Post # 76



Breakfast was a soy chorizo egg white burrito

work food: WW zero point soup (it has cheese on it in the picture but I threw the cheese in the trash) blueberries with blueberry Greek yogurt, jicama and carrots, mandarin's, Dr P's veggie burgers with green beans and 10 g of Parmesan cheese and a Vitatop

Dinner was Bimbo toast, WW cream cheese and hummus

vitamins, water, treadmill, and much needed sleep

See ya tomorrow.... Less of me that is

    So this work food...this must be AM snack, lunch, PM snack, dinner, and a snack for the commute -- is this right? At anyrate I love the way you are now photographing your work food. Giving me good ideas for packing my lunch.
