Post # 80






Much better today, back on track. The book I am reading says just do it!!! so there you go, back on track!!!

Breakfast: egg whites and laughing cow on an Oroweat Bagel light

Work food: I took 2 Smart One's (ate one) and a Vitatop, carrots and popcorn

Had a quarter of a non fat latte, Bimbo toast and cottage cheese

on the way home, child size sugar free frozen yogurt

dinner carrots

See ya tomorrow.... Less of me that is
