Post # 81







Good food day

Breakfast was an egg white omelet with onions, mushrooms, spinach and turkey sausage with blueberries and bananas with a half a slice of wheat toast with jam

TJ's blueberries bran muffin.... SO GOOD!!

Lunch was a 6 inch Turkey Subway with veggies and mustard, I took off the top bun and didn't eat all the chips

Child size Fo Yo

Fage Greek yogurt with 30g of Costco cranberry, almond, soy nut mix

Dinner was green beans (I had 2 helpings)

I feel like I ate too much??!!
