Post # 84

First thing I need to say........... What No Fo YO??? ***LOL***

breakfast was 2 eggo waffles with scrambled egg whites and onion with mushrooms, Tapatio sauce

Work food: Broccoli with Laughing Cow wedge, Veggies (carrots, jicama, cucumber and cherry tomatoes) popcorn, TJ's egg white salad on Bimbo toast, half of a TJ's blueberry bran muffin and Raspberries with honey on them and I mixed that with the Fage Greek yogurt!!! so so good!!!

Dinner was a can of Progresso light soup

water, treadmill and vitamins
