work food: oranges, jicama and carrots, Greek yogurt with walnuts and hone, vitatop brownie, home made blueberry bran muffins, 1 point popcorn and TJ's egg white salad and Bimbo toast
Dinner: Fo Yo
treadmill, vitamins and water
