Post # 95

I stayed OP all day, then the dang dinner I made hubby smelled so good, I probably ate 6 points in bites.... grrr dumb ole me

b: egg whites with onions and peppers and Oroweat thins

work food: Fage yogurt with blueberries and raspberries and honey, half a blueberry bran muffin, Special K bar, mandarin's and an apple, I put the cold green beans with the salad.

dinner: left over green beans and all the bites of the pork with pepper sauce and rice


I lost .6 this week so my total loss is 23 pounds :) yeah me!!!
