Breakfast: 4 egg whites a slice of Soy jack pepper cheese on an Oroweat bagel thin
Work food: 2 oranges, half a blueberry bran muffin, turkey sandwich on a Oroweat thin, cottage cheese and pineapple, blueberries and raspberries with honey and greek yogurt and an apple
Soup
