Post # 103

breakfast: 4 egg whites with onions and a Oroweat Bagel thin

work food: oranges, blueberries, half a muffin, TJ's egg white salad on Bimbo toast and TJ's salad, I added cold green beans, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes and the salad was huge!!! I also took Fage Greek yogurt and honey and added it to the berries

pizza and beer are dinner for my husband and son, I don't even want any, smells gross actually....

see ya tomorrow........Less of me that is
