didn't do the C25K this morning.... crappola!! tomorrow, I promise, I did my usual 20 minutes so it wasn't a total bust

stayed 100% OP, this recording thing really works... who'da thunk it?? **LOL**

breakfast 4 egg whites with onions and red bell pepper, Oroweat bagel think
work food: oranges, fage with honey and walnuts, half a muffin, carrots and cucumber and green beans and shiratake noodles and peanut sauce
