had a yummy omelet: onions, mushrooms, red peppers and spinach 5 egg whites with an Oroweat Bagel thin

work food: Fage Greek yogurt with raspberries and honey, TJ's egg white salad with crunchy Bimbo toast, veggies: cucumber, jicama, and carrots, muffin and fruit: orange and fresh pineapple

dinner was 2 of the low fat Hebrew National franks and Sara Lee low calorie buns, with onions and mustard and asparagus with spray butter
