I weigh tomorrow.... anxiety!!

I took my measurements and my waist has gone down 5 inches!!! wowsa!!

breakfast was the Karla McMuffin, 3 egg whites, soy jack cheese on an Oroweat Bagel thin

work food: oranges, veggies: cucumbers, jicama, carrots and cherry tomatoes, Fage with walnuts and honey, TJ's egg white salad and Oroweat Bimbo toast, half a muffin, and a ham sandwich

  2. I feel like I need to mix it up, I may be getting too comfortable.... but if it works don't fix it, right?
