lost .2
oh well, some weeks I am a rock star, others not so much
I overate today, by 4 points, no need to call on the WW police, nothing drastic
breakfast was an egg white omelet and Oroweat Bagel thin

work food: watermelon, yogurt with honey and walnuts, muffins, crunchy Bimbo toast with WW cream cheese and Hummus, TJ's chicken Quino salad and I added cold green beans, more tomatoes and a cucumber

I ate a vitatop on the way to work
and a fro yo

I have inventory tonight at work, I should be sleeping right now, not blogging

see ya tomorrow.... less of me that is
