Post # 139

Late work day today and tomorrow; breakfast was an onion, mushroom and spinach egg white omelet with an Oroweat bagel thin

work food: TJ's egg white salad, crunchy high fiber toast, vegetarian chili with added green beans, blueberries and raspberries with a Greek yogurt, a vitatop, and veggies (cucumber, jicama, carrots and cherry tomatoes)

after work: frozen yogurt

Jack loves to sit and watch me when I am on the treadmill!!! What a goof...

See ya tomorrow..... less of me that is
