Post # 148

Tomorrow is weigh in so I didn't have a frozen yogurt :(

breakfast was a 4 egg white omelet with onions, peppers and mushrooms

Work food: broccoli with 2 Laughing Cow wedge's , mixed berries with Greek yogurt, TJ's egg white salad with high fiber crunchy toast, oranges, vitatop

I had 4-5 cups of coffee today so that is also 4-5 points worth of creamer

see ya tomorrow..... less of me that is


  1. The first thing I noticed was NO frozen yogurt! Bummer.
