Post # 164






I had a vitatop last night :?

breakfast: 3 egg whites with onions, mushrooms and peppers and an Oroweat Bagel thin

work food: strawberries and Greek yogurt, muffin, TJ's egg white salad with Crunchy high fiber toast, broccoli with 2 Dr P's veggie burgers and 10 g of Parmesan cheese

I stopped on the way home for a Frozen Yogurt... shouldn't have because I weigh tomorrow, but I am sure one yogurt, 105 calories isn't going to make or break my week

tomorrow is weigh in, and day off!!! boo ya

see ya tomorrow.... less of me that is
