Lost 1.8 this week
35 pounds gone!! WOW!!

Trader Joe's muffin and Greek yogurt

Vitatop

egg white omelet with mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and spinach with strawberries and banana's (I didn't eat the toast)

Frozen yogurt, a medium size

dinner was Shiratake noodles with onions, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and spinach with Peanut sauce
