last night I had the popcorn

breakfast was 4 egg whites, onions and mushrooms Oroweat bagel thin

work food: HUGE salad, with 122 gram's cottage cheese and 45 gram's of Newmans light balsamic vineggarret, Vitatop, TJ's egg white salad with Bimbo toast, oranges and a sandwich

frozen yogurt

I think I went over on my points today, 5 points worth of coffee creamer.... grrrr

  1. How did you count the huge salad? separate from the cottage cheese and dressing?

  2. I counted the salad as zero: it was just lettuce, cherry tomoates, cucumber, jicama and carrots, but I count the cottage cheese as 2 points and the salad dressing as 2 points.... I weighed the salad dressing and the cottage cheese on my handy dany WW scale
