The Healthy choice bar was last night, did you know they have 5 G's of fiber in each bar!!!!

egg white sandwich

work food: broccoli with a Dr P's veggie burger with balsamic vinegar dressing, a vitatop, soup (I didn't eat the zero point WW soup... it looked freezer burned) 3 egg whites, WW yogurt and a turkey sandwich

Granola bar, I actually put 2 more in the trash, I love these freakin things and they are soo good, so I pitched them.... in the trash for you!!

and a frozen yogurt

busy day.. I am so pooped!!

Post # 200

The WW Mint cookie crisp was last night, actually I had 2. I don't think I will buy them again, it is just candy.

Breakfast was an egg white sandwich

I had a turkey sandwich with cucumbers and jicama and a yogurt for lunch

later munched on some egg whites and an ounce of baked tofu... remember yesterday how I said I need to grocery shop, well I wasn't kidding!!!

Bimbo toast with a wedge of laughing cow cheese

dinner was Shiratake noodles with mushrooms and onions with Balsamic vinegar and peanut sauce

and a Healthy Choice Fudge bar

I am wondering.... why is it that vinegar has 5 calories, but thick Balsamic vinegar has 45 calories?? do they add sugar or something??? .... I may have to do a Google search on this...

You can tell I need to grocery shop:
Breakfast was a Low Fat Eggo waffle with a wedge of Laughing Cow .... Bob ate the REST of the box!!! OMG!!!

Work Food: I took broccoli with Dr P's veggie burger and some dressing, but I dropped the dressing on the floor.... oops
Vitatop, sandwich, yogurt, popcorn 3 eggs (I only eat the yolks) and I didn't eat the soup

I had Granola bars

dinner was another sandwich, hubby put green beans on but forgot to add water.... burned, I guess that is fair, I burned his dinner...

work food: soup, sandwich, yogurt,

I drank about 5 cups of coffee today :(

and the ever loving Frozen Yogurt for dinner.

A much much better day

breakfast was Bimbo toast and cottage cheese

work food: salad, Vitatop, yogurt, soup, sandwich and popcorn. This is a new kind of popcorn, I have never bought it because I was afraid it would taste like cardboard, but I am happy to say it was good. I was totally wrong!!

I came home and had an egg white and soy cheese sandwich

I did have 2 small bites of ice cream, but I was under in my points today by two so it's all good, with my daily treadmill and if I stay within my allotted points all week even with my cracker pig out yesterday I will be totally okay, man oh man was I in a funk yesterday!! Maybe I need to start taking more Vitamin D!! de-funk my grouchy moods...

I lost .2 phhhst.....


I binged on stupid crackers at work today .........

fail .......

I ate half a Mexican sweetbread also..... fail....

so I need to think why?? why did I do this today??

I made poor food choices, bad, not good at all
I am feeling thin, getting cocky perhaps?? the comments are going to my head and I am feeling invincible??

I am getting close (within a pound) of what I lost on the last Weight Watcher journey, maybe feeling like this is the end of the road?? I don't know

work today was great, they did fine without me, oh poor me they don't need me.... pathetic!!! Fail....

My life is kind of sucky right now.... poor me.... pathetic


I need to get up, dust myself off and be prepared to succeed, failure is not an option....

tomorrow is a new day!!!

Back to work: BOO
was a strange day, I worked an inventory so I ate really weird; breakfast was a fudge bar with Cool Whip Free (and you thought I was kidding about the eating weird, huh?)

I didn't do my treadmill or water or take my vitamins :(

Took zero point soup and tofu, Vitatop, yogurt and jicama and carrots

One of the gals gave me this 1 point WW candy, wow so good those would be dangerous to have at home!!

came home and had Bimbo toast with cottage cheese

and another Vitatop

slept for 3 hours, that is Jack with me he loves afternoon naps, as you can see :)

dinner was a repeat of last night Low Fat Hebrew Nation franks in the Oroweat square thins with spicy brown mustard, pickles and peppercinis

so I weigh in tomorrow, thoughts on this last week .....
I had a wonderful visit with my sister, losing this week in addition to a wonderful week off would be a bonus, why is it I always psyc myself out the night before weigh in???

My sister went back today... boo I am sad. I have to go back to work, double boo. I have to go in to work in 6 hours... super crapola!!

to the day: Tofu burrito, good but weird

oranges and a sandwich

lunch was broccoli with 2 laughing cow wedges, and a bit of left over green beans with cucumber yogurt sauce

Vitatops, ah I had two....

Yogurt, Vanilla 80 calorie

dinner was 3 low fat Hebrew National Franks in these cool Oroweat thin bun things

I need to try and get a nap in before work, don't know if that will happen

went to Macy's and tried on jeans, the brand was "Not your daughters jeans" I fit in a size 10 !!! oh yeah!!!
