Omelete with 4 egg whites, onions, mushrooms and peppers and salsa and half a bagel thin

work food: salad with lettuce, red onions, carrors, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and peppers, cottage cheese and Light Newmans dressing. Strawberries and bluenberries with Greek yogurt, TJ's egg white salad with Bimbo toast, muffin

frozen yogurt.

going to go tan and see if Follow Your Heart got a shipment in of my Shiratake noodles
