popcorn was last night

egg white sandwich

work food: salad with cottage cheese, pecans and light Newman's, 2 Cups of berries with Greek Yogurt, sandwich, apple and a vitatop

dinner was left over green beans and a laughing cow wedge

frozen yogurt

tired, work was super busy..First weekend of the month is always super busy

    I mix it with plain (unflavored) Greek- style yogurt
    ... not too shabby!
