Post # 206

breakfast was an egg white burrito with soy jack cheese and salsa on an 80 calorie tortilla

work food: salad, I added 122g of cottage cheese and chili flakes to give it some heat, blueberries and Greek yogurt, popcorn, 3 hard boiled egg whites and a Vitatop

soup, and I always drink 2 liters of water thought I would show you how: Crystal light ROCKS!!

frozen yogurt ... I just ate a WW Mint cookie thingy, it's pictured in Post # 200

total for the day 25 points. I used 3 of my weeklies so I have used 12 of my weeklies so far
