Post # 207

breakfast was an egg white burrito with soy jack cheese and salsa




work food: carrots, cucumber, jicama and peppers with balsamic vinegar (so so wouldn't do this again!!) Fage 0% Greek yogurt with walnuts and honey, popcorn, a Fiber One bar, soup, sandwich and 3 hard boiled eggs.. I didn't eat the yolks



frozen yogurt, I tried a new place



points today = 21, I am allowed 22

see ya tomorrow.... less of me that is

  1. Your food looks so yummy as usual. So, what does jicama taste like? I've wanted to try it...but it's not at Wal-mart which means it's probably at some other place...which would mean more driving...hmm. Did I just talk myself out of trying it? lol. ;) j/k.
    Definitely going to scope out my farmer's market for it. :)

  3. jicama is like a huge radish, I slice it or chop it up and put it in salads. You have to peel the thick skin off first
