breakfast: egg white salad on a toasted Oroweat bagel thin

work food: salad made with cold green beans instead of lettuce, chopped carrots, chopped jicama, cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, chopped red onion and a serving of Fiber One cottage cheese and balsamic vinegar as the dressing... yummo!!
Gnu bar, muffin, Greek yogurt with blueberries, I had FF half and half with my morning coffee and took a container of the sugar free Carnation Vanilla to add to a Starbucks unsweetened iced coffee, 3 hard boiled eggs, throw away the yolks

dinner: I stopped at the Yogurt Delight for a small fro yo

    Have you tried the Da Vinci Sugar Free Syrups?
    They are good with coffee and anything else.
