Post # 320

Breakfast was something new.... I know it' a shock ...

oatmeal, with one scoop of protein powder, some sweetener and half a serving of Trader Joe's chocolate nibs, .... chocolate oatmeal!!!

work food: left over Thai food vegetables, blueberries with (too much) cinnamon and Greek yogurt a TJ's muffin and TJ's egg white salad (I had forgotten how yummy they were.... expensive BUT yummy!!!)

carrots, cucumber and cherry tomato's

frozen yogurt and to wind out the day a mini bag of popcorn

see ya tomorrow..... less of me that is
