Howdy doody!!

breakfast were egg whites and a slice of soy cheddar cheese, cooked omelet style, on an Oroweat thin so I could pick it up... like an open faced sandwich

work food: California Vegan, Trader Joes egg white salad with high fiber Bimbo toast, muffin, carrots and cucumber and protein

Frozen yogurt for dinner, vanilla and caramel... yummo

Also a 20 calorie sugar free popsicle... no picture

later... tired... tomorrow is school maybe Tuesday will be picture only postings ???
