So breakfast was the grits and the chocolate coconut "spread", I think I got ripped off!! The chocolate coconut spread was $17 on Amazon!! I found it on another bloggers site and thought it sounded good .... I will keep trying to find where it is super scrumptious....

I packed my lunch, WW zero point soup, with one point worth of Parmesan cheese, ww yogurt, 2 muffins (here's the recipe: a sandwich, blueberries and bananas, and the Costco Greek cucumber salad, Bimbo toast with a WW cream cheese and Hummus. I have some of those tiny containers, I got them at Smart and Final (what the hummus and Parmesan are in) dinner was a bean burrito, Skinny cow for desert.

In getting ready for work this morning I put on my pants and was almost mad that they weren't baggy, "what the hay?? this isn't working I should be in a smaller size" I think this came from during my 5 day mini vacation I went and tried on some 14's and they fit!!! Weight watchers works, it just takes time and is slow. I have to be patient

After I used the treadmill this morning, I was so excited to try the chocolate coconut spread, I put it in the Fage yogurt, oh it was TERRIBLE!!! I think it needs to go into something hot, like oatmeal or grits. So I ate half of it (4 points worth, insert profanities here ____) then ate the carrots, mushrooms and onions to fill up. Still felt like I needed breakfast type food so I ate the Bimbo toast and cottage cheese. I tried new vitamins today Women's One A Day plus for Women 50+ did not feel sick!~! My new vitamin!! The salad has romaine lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, tiny bit of turkey, 122 g of cottage cheese and 3 plain bread sticks crumbled up to make it feel like croutons and Kraft light creamy Cesar (32g) I have been weighing and measuring pretty much everything.
You will notice the popcorn is burned, I like it this way!! I go back to work tomorrow so I went to Yogurt Delight and tried half sugar free chocolate and half peanut butter (4 points) and it was good, but I think I am a vanilla gal, some women LOVE chocolate, me I am Mrs. Vanilla!!!
Dinner was kind of funky soup with 10 g of Parmesan and Bimbo toast with a one point container of WW cream cheese and I measured the hummus also. So tomorrow I am back to work after 5 days off, usually when I am off I have always struggled so much with staying on program but this blog has really made keeping on track almost, dare I say it?? Do I dare vocalize it??? EASY!!!

Did good with my eating totally within my points. I had the FF Hebrew National franks for dinner with Whole Wheat hot dog buns so each hot dog was only a point and the rolls, were 2 points each.

I was a little under in my points today, but as long as I have 18 then I am okay, that's what a WW leader told me, so I am good. Plus remember I never count my coffee creamer so it all comes out in the wash

I had lentils and baked Doritos for dinner, I bought the lentils a while back at Costco and they have just been in the pantry, but I made chicken thighs for the hubby for dinner and I really am not a big beef or chicken eater so was looking for something else, they were good!! I will have them again!!! they will be good in a burrito with cheese and sour cream. I have 3 or 4 more containers of them so I will try that next.

left over chop suey, I counted it as 3 points (really was a total guess!!)
cottage cheese and fresh pineapple = 4 points
Tuna from my tuna taste test the other day, I put it all together and drained the heck out of it using paper towels so there was nothing left of the mayo ...I counted it as 4 points, again a total guess
Bimbo dry high fiber bread = 2 points
ww zero point soup
and for dinner Trader Joes egg white salad with more high fiber Bimbo dry toast and for later a Skinny Cow Truffle, man those things are super good!! I bought vanilla, mint and caramel!!

Massive picture day!! Sorry when I don't work and I eat several times a day and I need to take pictures, this is my blog theme... so any ho ha
The skinny cow was from last night

we went to breakfast I ordered a egg white omelet with onions and mushrooms and boy oh boy did I get what I ordered!!! It was stuffed with onions and mushrooms!~!! too much I only ate a half of a slice of toast with jam (no butter) and part of the bananas... I don't like eating out. I am not that comfortable with controlling the portions

so anyway 2 carrots later with a turkey sandwich, on Oroweat thins with mustard (side note ...isn't Jack the cutest pug EVER??!!)

Frozen yogurt and then we went to the movies, saw Daybreakers.... ah not so great, not horrible if you are a vampire movie junky like me but not in the top 10... anyway those are pistachio's ...I skipped the popcorn too many points in the movie theatre kind!!

For dinner the family ordered pizza, to accompany the football game. No pizza for me so I had 2 garden burgers and broccoli... and later I will have popcorn. So I stayed within my points today.

Super scrumptious day!! I had the Soy Chorizo with egg whites and reduced fat cheese for breakfast. I measured everything using my WW scale and the total count for breakfast was 5 points

carrot for a snack

lunch was the Alternative pitta, with turkey avocado, tomato and 1 TBS of Follow your heart Ranch = 3 WW points

Fage with honey and walnuts = 5 WW points

I made vegetable soup, my family calls it fart soup **LOL**
onions, celery, green and red bell pepper, carrots, frozen box of chopped spinach, head of cauliflower, package frozen french cut green beans, head of shredded cabbage, and mushrooms, 2 cans of FF low sodium chicken broth, large can of crushed tomatoes, and a can of Rotel. this soup keeps me full and satisfied and has ZERO points

and the best is saved for last my version of chop suey which has onions, carrots, celery, baby bok choy, nappa cabbage, mushrooms, snow peas, bean sprouts, and Trader Joes Soyaki and a pack of Yaki-soba. I use ALOT of the Soyaki and cook it until everything is wilted, add the Yaki-soba then drain it dry. So even though I have added the Soyaki in I drain it off later, I count this dinner as 10 WW points. Maybe more maybe less but I figure 10 points is pretty accurate. I eat until I am full, the entire pan is 10 points!!
