So I ate and ate and ate today BUT totally within my points

Breakfast was an egg white omelet, mushrooms, onions, spinach and veggie sausage (I didn't eat the strawberries or toast) but I did have a BITE (only one bite) of the blueberry pancake

We went to the movies and stopped at Menchies yogurt, not as good as Yogurt Delight and I hated that their bowls are gigantic and you serve yourself, I had 6.5 ounces

Dinner was a baked potato with vegetarian chili, reduced fat cheese, light sour cream and butternut squash and green beans

You can always tell when I have a day off, mega pictures!!!
Breakfast was an egg white omelet with spinach, mushrooms, onions and turkey sausage. I didn't eat the toast or bananas, the omelet was so good, and filling!!

fo yo, I got a child size, I think I am going to always start getting the child size, it satisfies my craving and if I am not having it as dinner, then a child size is plenty, plus half the points of the medium I usually get!!

we went to the movies and I had a popcorn I was going to take, it wouldn't fit into my purse, so I ate it on the way to the theater and had the Special K Crisp at the show, (the Crazies, so so BAD!!!)

dinner was corn beef and cabbage, I had only 2 ounces of the corned beef and no potatoes, so I stayed in my points today. Treadmill, vitamins and 2 liters of water also

Yesterday was tough but I am over it. Today was/is a new day
breakfast was an egg white burrito with mushrooms and onions and Laughing Cow cheese, salsa and hot sauce

Work food: TJ's egg white salad, a vita top (blueberry bran), blueberries and Greek blueberry yogurt, and broccoli and veggie burgers with Parmesan cheese.

I got some Vegan Parmesan cheese tonight at Follow Your Heart (local health food store) so I am going to try it, there is no fat in it, we'll see???

Did my treadmill, vitamins and 2 liters of water. Feeling strong ..... screw you scale!!! *** LOL***

Post # 63




Weigh in is tomorrow morning. Last week was kind of disappointing so hopefully tomorrow will be better. I took more work food and was totally done eating today about 4 pm (heard this helps may be doo doo but whatever)

Breakfast: Soy Chorizo and onions and egg white burrito

work food: 1 cup blueberries with blueberry Greek yogurt (I am back on with the Greek yogurt, it was SO good!!!) egg white salad on Bimbo toast, a turkey, mustard and hummus sandwich on a Oroweat thin, PB&J on Oroweat Bagel thin (love me some Better N Peanut Butter)cucumber salad, Vitatop the double chocolate :) and Special K Krisp bar. I took the honey in case I needed it for the yogurt but I didn't

I have a meeting all day tomorrow so I switched to a larger purse and made all my food, I have to get up tomorrow at 4AM so anything I can do to save some time in the morning is a good idea!!! After that meeting last week I cannot depend on there being food I can eat, so I will just be pulling out of my purse all day **LOL**

Had a good day, but I must admit I struggled today, I wanted to eat garbage!! We had a meeting and there was pizza, cookies, chips and more; it was tempting, but I was OK. I made a pot of cinnamon coffee and had some sf vanilla creamer, so I had 2 cups of coffee instead. Now sleeping may be a problem, but I made it through the munchies

Breakfast: egg whites scrambled with onions and mushrooms, with a slice of soy jack cheese on an Oroweat thin

Work food: green beans with a wedge of Laughing Cow, oranges, Fage with honey and walnuts, egg white salad with Bimbo toast, a Special K bar (I love these things!!) a turkey sandwich with mustard on an Oroweat thin

Dinner: hubby made green beans, I didn't realize how much Parmesan I put on them until I looked at the pictures!!! I have to, have to, have to weigh the food because I always put too much!!! sheesh I know better!!! Green bean day!!! **LOL**

vitamins ...check, water...check, treadmill... check

Good breakfast: onion and mushroom egg white burrito with laughing cow and salsa on the La Tortilla 80 calorie tortilla's, very good!!

So I may be over Greek yogurt, changed my mind after lunch was made and took a regular WW yogurt, popcorn and a Special K bar for same points. I have a bunch of Greek yogurts in the refrigerator so this may be the last time I buy it

I stopped for Frozen Yogurt, I usually stop because by the time I get home it is 6:30 PM and I may go to bed ... 8:30 to 10 depending on how tired I am, so to eat dinner at 6:30 just is so late...

I had my vitamins, 20 minutes on the treadmill and 3 liters of water today.

so I was uploading my pictures and oh wow!!! I did not take a picture of my breakfast!!! So the Eggo and cottage cheese was it

work food: now the yogurt, will not buy again. The blueberries I tossed, not into them. The squash was so so good!!

dinner was like half a bowl of chicken soup. hardly any chicken in it, popcorn and went for frozen yogurt the my kids.

Good day, I was off and had to do some grocery shopping, cleaners, eye doctors, book store, etc, etc, etc

Egg white omelet with zucchini, onions, mushrooms and onions and blueberries and banana. I didn't eat the toast and had iced tea

Lunch was a foot long Subway: veggie, no cheese. Just vegetables and mustard. No oil, no mayo! Just bread, veggies and mustard

Squash, a Costco find Dr... somethings spinach pancakes (would have been better if I had cooked them right, but I didn't, they were still good) Parmesan cheese

100 calorie popcorn and 3 liters of water. 20 minutes on the treadmill

So much better today :)

egg white burrito with a wedge of Laughing Cow on a La Tortilla 80 calorie wheat tortilla with salsa and Tapatio

Work food: Cucumber, Jicama and carrots. Pineapple, turkey sandwich on mustard (no hummus) 2 mandarin's, Egg white salad from TJ's and Bimbo toast, Fage yogurt with honey and walnuts

dinner was zero point ww soup with a point (maybe two??) of Parmesan cheese and a Vitatop for desert

totally stayed within my points, even a littler under. Usual treadmill this morning. I figured no penance, just get right back on plan, get over it and realize you had a bad day yesterday: don't beat yourself up for it!!

Post # 57










So today did not go great, I ate 47 points, I am allowed 24 a day!!!

lets focus on the positive
1. I lost .4 this week, not a stellar loss, BUT if I lose a half a pound every week this year that is 25 pounds!!! Good Good Good
2. I did my 20 minutes on the treadmill this morning!!
3. I learned I have to pack my food!!! Maybe I am a bit of a food Nazi now, but if I had packed and had snacks then I would not have eaten the candy!!! I was ok (not great .... ok up to the candy point)
4. I wore my size 14 jeans AND a new top AND new shoes (adorable flats that someone complimented me on!!!) AND a new black sweater ..... no sweat shirt for me today!!!

So it was not a total loss today, planning is a must, no excuses!!! Next week I will be put back to the test because there is a district meeting next week Thursday.

And I think my penance will be 25 minutes every morning this week on the treadmill, to help burn off those 20 points worth of Candy!!!
