Today was a day off for me: chores... bills, Costco and Trader Joes, went to the local Health Food store but they were out of my Shiratake noodles, OH OH went and saw Prince of Persia... GREAT movie!!

Breakfast was an egg white omelet with onions, mushrooms, spinach and turkey sausage also strawberries and bananna

Trader Joe's high fiber blueberry muffin

Movie food: ham sandwich, carrots and jicama and a Popchip

Frozen yogurt

Dinner was Shiratake noodles with green beans and peanut sauce

Eating my salad today....
chew, chew, CRUNCH, huh? what is that... chew, chew CRUNCH I found about 5 pieces of plastic in my salad.... yes I ate EVERY bite, just carefully and slowly

so I was just unloading the dish washer and wondering about my salad today, did the jicama crystallize somehow? was there something in the lettuce? on the cutting board? Its a mystery???

mystery solved: the clear plastic at the bottom of my chopper, is chipping away

time to make a Bed Bath and Beyond run, I need a new chopper, they are only $10 and viola no more mystery ingredients in the salad

Vitatop was from last night, it was the last of the chocolate ones, I think I will wait a while until I reorder them!!

breakfast was a horrible picture!!! but it was good: scrambled egg whites and an Oroweat Bagel thin

work food: a HUGE salad with cottage cheese and dressing, oranges and blueberries (I only ate the blueberries, the oranges were weird, they looked all scrumptious but the skins were all thick and chewy... gross) Greek yogurt and Trader Joe's egg white salad with high fiber Bimbo toast

dinner was shiratake noodles with green beans and peanut sauce

frozen yogurt

I went over my points today by about 3, cutting into those precious weeklies

work food: HUGE salad, with 122 gram's cottage cheese and 45 gram's of Newmans light balsamic vineggarret, Vitatop, TJ's egg white salad with Bimbo toast, oranges and a sandwich

I think I went over on my points today, 5 points worth of coffee creamer.... grrrr

I had a vitatop last night :?

breakfast: 3 egg whites with onions, mushrooms and peppers and an Oroweat Bagel thin

work food: strawberries and Greek yogurt, muffin, TJ's egg white salad with Crunchy high fiber toast, broccoli with 2 Dr P's veggie burgers and 10 g of Parmesan cheese

I stopped on the way home for a Frozen Yogurt... shouldn't have because I weigh tomorrow, but I am sure one yogurt, 105 calories isn't going to make or break my week

tomorrow is weigh in, and day off!!! boo ya

Back to work, I went over in my points today, 25 total and I am allowed 22 and I ate 1584 calories, but no need to call the diet police!!

According to Calorie Count I consumed 1166 calories and to be at goal weight by 1/1/11 I need to eat 1400 so that is a thumbs up and by WW standards, I had 22 points, so good food day

breakfast was a 4 egg white omelet with vegetables, and Oroweat bagel thin and 2 cups of strawberries

Vitatop, oranges

Sandwich and a Popchip's

Frozen Yogurt

and a HUGE salad with cottage cheese and 2 servings of Paul Newman's light Balsamic Vinaigrette

Last day of the vacation, I vegged out and read and watched TV, cooked a little for lunch tomorrow, nothing big

I had popcorn and vitatop last night and a Vitatop today

breakfast was 3 egg whites on a Oroweat Bagel thin with 2 cups of strawberries
popchips, Frozen yogurt and vegetables: jicama, cucumber, carrots and cherry tomatoes

dinner was a repeat of last night, but this time I used 2 teaspoons of olive oil to brown then a quarter cup of chicken broth and cooked the heck out of the vegetables, at the last minute added spinach, poured all the vegetables over shiratake noodles added peanut sauce and HEAVEN!!! dinner was huge and only 5 points!!!

I found a really fun web site today: Calorie Count it counts your calories and tells you how many calories you need to consume to lose whatever amount of weight by whatever time for your height and frame (you answer all the whatever answers!!) for FREE!!! I was kind of surprised it said I needed to weight 124 for my height and frame, that's 43 more pounds to lose, I weighed 125 in high school, wouldn't that be funny to weigh less in my 50's than I did in high school!!! It was really easy to use, I need to consume 1400 calories to get to 124 by 1/1/2011 that would make my weight loss for the year 2010 at 74 pounds!!! WOW!!!

can I do it??
am I up for the challenge??
but of course

I am still using Weight watchers, but this site is really accurate and precise and I know I won't use it every day, but every once in a while as a reality check it will be a good tool

only one more day left on my vacation, did really nothing it was a stay at home vacation
