Breakfast was a turkey wrap with mustard and Laughing cow, new favorite

had an apple, then headed to Costco: bought California Rolls, I ate 6 soo good, and they don't last long in the refrigerator so ya gotta eat em up!!

a quick turkey sandwich




dinner was green beans and carrots and cucumbers. They guys ate a heavy pasta dish, no thank you!!

Hello, woo hoo I am off the weekend!!

Weight Watcher's candy bar was last night


I had a turkey and Laughing Cow blue cheese and Grey poupon roll up for breakfast, it was good



work food: peach, apple, Greek yogurt, Jello and a roasted vegetable salad.... note fresh Brussel sprouts are just as gross as frozen, and the few I ate, well.... let me just say... I was smelly Karla today :P



I have discovered a 2 point Starbucks Latte in a Vente cup!! I buy a iced coffee (unsweetened) now comes the scary part... warning not for the faint of heart... 5 packets of sweetener and 3 tablespoons of the Carnation sugar free vanilla.... ohhhh sooo good!!

I took the picture because it is 4 of my points for the day. The fat free half and half I use for my coffee in the morning (2 points for the half and half)

and hubby made me green beans for dinner, so nice of him!! He said I was a "vegetable ho" LOL he is such a dork!!

So I had inventory, all night work... ugh

I had a Vitatop and another one after I got home


I took a yogurt, sandwich, apple and salad, the newest salad roasted vegetable salad soo freakin good!!

carrots and cucumbers after I woke up frozen yogurt

egg whites and I made another batch of oven roasted vegetables, zucchini, peppers, red onions, mushrooms and Brussel sprouts, I had some tonight and I will make a salad with them tomorrow

I baked some tofu also, maybe I will make another dozen hard boiled eggs, I am tired working all night screws me up..

oh so I went to the cleaners and the lady behind the counter says to me "OH you look great !! You have lost so much weight!! That's good IF you keep it up" ah WTH?? er.. thank you.. I think.. people are so funny.

Howdy doodie again

I am blogging a little early, I have to go to sleep and get up at 11 PM to go do an inventory..... ahaahahaha

work food: roasted vegetable salad (I used the roasted vegetables instead of lettuce) popcorn, egg whites, apple, Fage and a Jello



dinner was Frozen Yogurt, I am thinking I may try to eat less processed foods next week. I am not sure how my weighing is going to work ... I weighed this morning and it showed a 1.1 loss, but I may weigh at 11pm tonight, or wait until I get up from sleeping tomorrow afternoon.... ah so much planning for a simple task, the things we (I) stress over while losing weight, crazy huh??

Howdy doody

breakfast was egg white sandwich

the plan for work food was a salad, with tofu and balsamic vinegar dressing
cottage cheese on Bimbo high fiber toast and a vitatop (no Red Bull today)
I dropped the green beans and Dr P's veggie burger with Laughing cow on my way to the break room microwave, dropped it all over the sales floor, oof da what a Klutz!! sooo

for tomorrow I roasted veggies , Zucchini, mushroom, peppers and red onions, sprayed them with olive oil and I will have a roasted vegetable salad tomorrow!!

I am back!!! did ya miss me??

I have been OP totally, ate maybe too many points one night but nothing crazy

breakfast was a sugar free Red Bull and a Vitaop, I need to seriously catch up on my sleep tonight!!


work food: broccoli with a Dr P's veggie burger and balsamic vinegar, Greek yogurt, egg whites, popcorn, cottage cheese and Bimbo toast and a sandwich (I actually ate the sandwich on the way to work)



dinner was frozen yogurt



I didn't do my treadmill today, I needed to sleep every possible minute this morning, so I will get a good nights sleep tonight and back to the routing tomorrow...

And she is back on track people!!!

We went to the beach, Santa Monica Pier, so fun!! Sandwich, pickles, vegetables

Frozen yogurt


I had a taco salad. Well sort of. It was a one point burrito shell, some reduced fat cheese with No Fat Refried beans and soy taco meat like stuff, (it was good!!!) I put lettuce, onions, tomatoes and some light sour cream and some Tapatio sauce

I had seconds, with no cheese and no tortilla shell


I totally stayed within my points today




I walked on treadmill and still we walked about 4 miles at the beach

good day, spent with family, fun in the sun. Life is good :)

I gained, no I didn't gain a tiny bit

I gained 2.2

ok, get over the boo hoo... what did I do wrong?

1. Movie theater popcorn
2. Pizza
3. Went over on my points, every day!!
4. Camping ... thought this was a success, thats what I get for thinkin!!
5. Several days of no activity
6. Too many BLT's (bite's licks and tastes)

so the plan is: simple!! Get back to the plan!!

This is just a speed bump and it is not a total disaster. This is going to take time and I knew that when I started, so no big!!

so I am starting to get onto a slippery slope, maybe too comfortable with dipping into those extra points??

so here's the math, with the pizza I went over 7 points so that makes the extra weeklies used at 24... will I or won't I lose this week, ummmm don't know??!!

I have eaten pasta 2 days in a row, coucous is pasta right?? I think I have reached my pasta limit



so I ate the Greek yogurt with peaches for breakfast, I was afraid of what would happen to the peaches if I took them to work in the Greek yogurt, .... brown watery slime??? wouldn't have been very appetizing, but for breakfast it was great!!

Cottage cheese with a tomato and cucumber, egg whites, vitatop, popcorn and the tofu, broccoli, coucous again and carrots with a wedge of Laughing Cow blue cheese



dinner was a frozen yogurt


Went over 3 points, so I have used 17 of my weeklies, not too bad. I usually am really good the day before weigh in (ok, ok, ok, not last week!!! major eat fest there!!!)

Back to work today, ugh

Weight Watcher ice cream last night



Breakfast sandwich, 3 egg whites and a slice of soy jack cheese on an Oroweat bagel thin



Greek yogurt with a peach, ... can you cut up peaches the night before?? do they go brown like apples?? humm... Vitatop, popcorn, 6 ounces of carrots, and 3 hard boiled eggs, I threw away the yolks




Tofu haters, you are just going to have to get over it!!!

I was the same and I saw the light!!! Yes sir eeee tofu is bomb diggity.

I found a recipe in this months Oxygen magazine, and made it almost exact, I didn't add the olive oil, because you have to add it to make the couscous, and wow!!! super delicious!!! I came home tonight and baked more tofu and bought another box of the couscous. Tomorrow repeat on this here yummo!!

I went over about 4 points today. I am at like 15 of the weeklies used.

confession: okay okay I may have had a bite or two of the tofu as it came out of the oven
