i went back and looked at some old entries, I think I am going to go back to some choices that I know work for me

Salad, and green beans with left over sauteed mushroom's and onions. Greek yogurt with peaches

Well I ALMOST made it today, a few handfuls of that stupid trail mix!!
i have got to got to got to STOP with the nibbles, they will take me down!!

  1. That's a great idea, Karla.
    I did the same last night. I went all the way back to Oct & Nov of 2009 to see the "magic" formula that melted the fat off me pretty quickly.
    I was doing a lot of treadmilling back then, too.

    It's great to have a record of it, isn't it?

    I can't have nibbles around. They get in my mouth. :(

  2. I was thinking the very same thing.
    Part of why we blog (you asked the other day)
    is to keep a record of what works and what didn't.
    And nibbles is out.
    Er, uh, "are" out. That too!
