Post 680

Breakfast was the usual, 4 egg whites and a half cup of (dry measure) oatmeal
Cottage cheese and pineapple
Veggie burger with broccoli and Parmesan cheese and a serving of light balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Carrots and jicama
Greek yogurt with cinnamon and some sf vanilla syrup
Turkey and Laughing cow cheese sandwich with peppercinis

Work was.... Work

  1. I wish I could eat egg whites at every meal. They're so versatile and yummy and HEALTHY!
