Making up for lost pictures

I have been thinking, my blog is boring, pictures of my food… yawn

but someone wise told me today, “if it ain’t broken don’t fix it!”

I worked out this morning, … the sweaty Betty picture Smile 

I made too good to be true stew but I don’t like kidney beans so I used pinto, and I did the math first thinking there would be 8 servings, but it turned out to be 10!!! super score!!! 225 calories and 4 WWer points and 17 grams of protein! I made super salad, steamed some green beans and made the beginning of Quinoa, Lentil & Arugula salad…. humm we will see??? the dressing seems kinda weird… I think I will wait until the DD tries it… she can be the guinea pig Open-mouthed smile 

I picked up some vegetables, this is a usual twice a week trip… veggies don’t last in this house!!!

okay I am rambling …. oh the Fage has PB2 on it … super yummo… like eating a bowl of peanut butter

OH!!!  OH!!! I weighed in at 136.4 this morning
