Thursdays eats

I made the salad with garbanzo beans and black beans, the black beans have way less fat than the garbanzo beans! and just as good, adds a different flavor.I am not sure about these gluten free wraps, I won’t buy them again, they are too many calories (180 per wrap) and even though they actually roll, I like the rice tortillas flavor better, even though the rice ones break easier … ahh such a dilemma Smile with tongue out 

the actual list:

  • 4 egg whites, quarter cup dry measure oatmeal at 5:30 AM
  • turkey roll up at 8:00
  • Fage yogurt with a few blueberries at 10:30
  • 1:00 was the 3 ounces of chicken with oven vegetables
  • 4:00 was the mongo huge salad!
  • it’s 7:30 right now, I am munching on some 100 calorie popcorn


if I am hungry later, I will eat a  bite or two of cottage cheese
