Yeah its Friday :)

I like having the weekend off, but working 5 days (or more) straight is hard!

waa waa Nyah-Nyah 

so the usual breakfast … work food was

  • salad .. I weighed the salad I made last night… it weighed 13.8 pounds… holy macaroni!!
  • Fage with blueberries, cinnamon, vanilla and Splenda
  • shake
  • 3 ounces of roasted chicken with oven roasted vegetables (asparagus, red onion, red pepper and mushrooms) with some balsamic light thinned dressing

I baked more chicken this morning, so I am a prepared foodie. I put chicken tenderloins in the oven with pepper, garlic powder and chili powder. The chili powder is not spicy, it just adds flavor

then I had a treat tonight a Yozen Frogurt: half chocolate milkshake half butter brickle… super yummy!

I am looking forward to two days off in a row!!!
