Oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast then killer workout at the gym
- 3 ounces of tuna on salad makins with thinned light balsamic dressing
- one square of the Carrot cake protein bar, hubby ate the other square and he LOVED it
- 3 ounces of chicken with vegetables
I was a total bum today!!!
then a villain from my past reared it’s ugly head!!
YIKES!!!! I was innocently eating some carrots and thought “hey!! peanut butter!!” thankfully it was towards the end of my pile of carrots so it wasn’t too bad, but this jar may have to get lost ….
dinner was something light : a shake
so today was a rainy relaxing day
