Details, details

every morning I start my WWer count with 3, for my coffee creamer and the Crystal Light I put in my water

breakfast 4 egg whites and oatmeal. 33 proteins and 3 WWer points

Faux cheesecake, I made this with cottage cheese, protein powder, Silk coconut milk and jello SF cheesecake pudding. 3 WWer points and 20 proteins

then carrot cakes 4 WWer points and 20 proteins

3 ounces of chicken and baked vegetables, 4 WWer points and 27 proteins

comes to 22 WWer points and 127 proteins

I am sure it isn’t a perfect count on all things but danged close Smile 

counting the proteins helps me to control my appetite, if I eat every 2-3 hours, I am never hungry! and counting my WWer points keeps my calorie count in check. I use the old WWer program, I never embraced the Points Plus. I drank all my water today (3 liters) and I did my 20 minutes on the treadmill, did a bit of abs a few pushups and if I get hungry later I will have a bag of 100 calorie popcorn! Is this TMI? I was feeling detail oriented tonight Smile with tongue out

  1. It all sounds good to me. My daughter and I are looking forward to trying the recipe you talked about for spaghetti squash. I usually just top it with a can of Amy's tomato soup which is delicious but this looks even better. :)
