better day

Yep i paid the price but I'm back on track and life goes on
No computer for tonight. I am on my phone.... Dont ya love technology!!!???

Busy day off. I need to almost treat stress eating like an addiction. Understand that i want to eat when theres chaos and things in my life right now are chaotic. So tell myself; "not right now, later, maybe tomorrow" .... To get through stressful times.
I weighed 141.2 this morning
Better tomorrow. I am sure :)

so here's the deal, I did almost 100% of picture #1. Hubs had pizza for dinner, and I picked off the pepperoni off of 2 slices, no bread

and I did not drink the final protein drink. So I had it for 1140 calories originally
minus a drink = 1040
plus pepperoni off of 2 slices ???

I did okay today :)

no counting of Weight Watcher points, I was not hungry at all!!
Maybe tomorrow I will make it 100%

I walked today, did my usual 20 minutes on the treadmill and I know I went over on my points. I think I am going to go super strick for the next few days... get me back on the straight and narrow. Maintenance is harder than being in losing mode..

Too much trail mix ..... That stuff is dangerous!!! I baked veggies. I think i will make a frittata tonight. I have never done one... So keep your fingers crossed. I dont think i will put in the summer squash.... Gotta go google search. It is going to be a veggie week!!! Jack (the pug) approves :-P

I have been really struggling for about a week now, and today was no different, I think on my day off I will make a huge pot of vegetable soup!

I didn't eat the California roll , too much food!

a few of these today :)

don't judge me!!! only one slice is 50 calories and they taste like candy!! I always associate prunes with old folks.... oops I am in my 50's now!! I guess I am one of those "old folks" drats!!!

6 egg whites with onions and mushrooms, and soy cheese on a La Tortilla tortilla with salsa and hot sauce. A HUGE breakfast

carrots, cucumber and carrots

frozen yogurt

unplanned...green beans with Parmesan, and I threw in a spoon of brown rice

I have eaten over my points like every day for about 2 weeks!!! I have to get back on track! It's not like it is crazy over but I don't feel as good when I do this, also I am so friggin tired!!!

oh I know!!!! I need another vacation! LOL

whiners whiners, me no likey whiners!
