Oh so beautiful

I knew I was going to be rushed so I made this protein pudding, super yummo. I only used half a scoop of the protein powder

I also had a Fage yogurt today, oops forgot to take a picture

I went to the dreaded sample castle (Costco) I was feeling skinny so I indulged in the samples. I will need to do extra cardio tomorrow and not weigh myself! I am sure the Thai food was laden with salt. I ate 2 platefuls of 90% vegetables

Mondays eats

  • eggs whites and baked oatmeal
  • carrot cake protein bars (oops 2!!)
  • salad with egg whites
  • 3 ounces chicken with spaghetti squash, light Prego and a light Baby Bell cheese
  • 3 ounces turkey with baked vegetables
  • Fage with OMG SO GOOD cranberry sauce (so not diet friendly!! but I really didn’t have that much)
  • vegetable soup

no cardio today, I had to be into work super early, so tomorrow …

I super cooked yesterday, I love when the house is stocked with good food

Santa Monica Gobble Wobble day!!!

I work up this morning, nervous, scared anxious… my first 5K!!! YIKES!!I don't know smile… can I do it?

or at least that was the time on the big clock thingy… I have to wait for my “official” time… I keep checking their web site, no luck as of yet

I went grocery shopping, today I just made vegetable soup and steamed green beans …. but OMG!!! I paid $16.54 for 2 spaghetti squash’s…. huh??!! crazy!! a bag of chips is like $2 … I would rather have the squash!!

so I didn’t weigh myself this morning BUT this will be my 135 picture!! My first 5K!! (I think I am like 136 … I peeked at the scale yesterday)

after the 5K we went straight to the gym and worked out!! now I am exhausted! I must be living under a rock because this afternoon I watched the first Harry Potter movie!! I am hooked!! I can’t wait to read the books!

again… nerd alert…

Back on the saddle

so yesterday was a 5,000 calorie day easy…

I don’t know about these gifts in a jar… I think it will be too expensive .. I have about 40-50 gifts to make!! Confused smile I made cake balls last year, folks liked them so I think I will do that again!!

I also had green beans with cottage cheese and a few bites of yams. I have found this guy on You Tube http://youtu.be/-Etfxdc_QEY

and he has amazing recipe’s. I made his protein pudding amazing!!

I did my treadmill this morning, then since I left work early, I went to the gym, another 20 minutes on the Stairmaster, some exercising then finished with 17 minutes on the treadmill.. I figured it will take a good week to work off those Thanksgiving calories!

Thanksgiving rundown

So did I just indulge in ONE meal?

NOPE!!!

I felt like major dodo last night, food indulgence to the max!!!! Gross (this morning looking back)

So today it is 100% back to clean eating

Do I regret it??? Yeah kind of.... It was yummy, BUT I feel all out of whack, like my stomach is carrying a food baby.... Must be the wheat??? Could be the wheat... Who the heck knows??? I am such a band wagon gal... Gluten free is the latest trend.... I am there!!! No originality

OMG!!!! what a downer Debbie!!! I have all my yummo clean food packed, you will all see it tonight... waiting with baited breath are you????

I did my treadmil this morning, and I have plans to hit the gym after work (if we get to leave early today, which we usually do)

Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving, tomorrow is the Santa Monica Gobble Wobble 5k should be fun, I still haven't been able to RUN a 5k so tomorrow will be interesting.... But burn them calories BABY!!!! Boo ya!!!

Gobble gobble

  • 4 egg whites and baked oatmeal
  • Fage with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and splenda (next time I will ditch the nutmeg)
  • cottage cheese and green beans I also had some thinned light balsamic dressing
  • broccoli, 3 ounces of chicken, 60 calories of Parmesan
  • more baked oatmeal
  • Fage again

busy busy day and my cupboards are bare!! no salad made, no baked vegetables, no nuttin!!

after Thanksgiving it is food shopping and food prep time!!

tonight is cooking for the family time, making the candied yams, homemade cranberry sauce and pumpkin muffins

so here is  the plan for tomorrow; pack my food for work…. off work at 2pm…and have Thanksgiving dinner with the family… I am going to eat whatever I want for one meal… ONE meal…. not one whole day, or one week, or one month!!! just ONE MEAL!!!

I am a crazy woman these days!!! the holiday time in the grocery business will do this!!

My food today:

  • faux cheesecake
  • Fage with cinnamon, Splenda and vanilla
  • green beans with parmesan
  • spaghetti squash, 3 ounces chicken and light Baby Bell and light Prego sauce
  • 4 egg whites
  • baked oatmeal
  • vegetable soup with 3 ounces of chicken
  • I also had a carrot protein bar

I would love to borrow like 8 hours from someone, I need to cook, shop, and sleep…. simple stuff Smile with tongue out 

naaa that’s what coffee is for!!!

I am making baked oatmeal and I didn’t realize when I took the recipe and multiplied it by 6, it may take longer to bake…..

I can’t buy almonds any more… no control .. and …

  • WW diet pills…. err some M&M’s Sad smile 

the soup is fantastic!!! we just dumped a bunch of veggies in, vegetable broth some garlic and basil a few cans of dice tomatoes, the butternut squash makes it thick Open-mouthed smile it’s a keeper. I added chicken for protein

I have been into the candy too much lately… I think I will have a Karla No Candy December challenge for myself. I saw a November no candy challenge in blog land so I thought I would steal the idea… The prize? hummm that may take some thinking!!!

I weighed in at 135.4 this morning so that was nice Smile 

oh… another reason to give up the almonds… they make me gassy…. just sayin Disappointed smile
