I cut up a turkey breast, they sell them at Costco ![]()
I like to have things at the ready, so I thought I would make up some bowls…I mixed brown rice and pilaf in a bowl.
- 3 ounces rice/pilaf mixture
- a little bit of yam
- green beans
- 3 ounces of turkey
- a few sesame seeds
- sriracha sauce
the perfect bowl
then I froze the bowls and portioned the rest of the turkey into 3 ounce servings … quick and easy peasy
eating today was so so…
but I got a killer work out in… but it is more about the eating ya know …. exercise is not permission to over eat …
