day #1 was a success!!! sorry no picture of the salad, it was all blurry. I started out this morning at 140.8 boo …. but I made a plan this morning, I stuck to the plan, and now tonight I feel better
I got my water in, did 30 minutes on the treadmill so it’s all good
here is a picture of my tracker, I track protein and WWer points, that way I don’t load up on empty points and when I keep the protein high, I am just not hungry
This challenge inspired me, I did not want to post that I didn’t work my plan.
