SCC Week 1 Goals & Plans

so here’s the plan :

  • track daily using the old WWer point system. I am allowed 21 daily points and 25 (ah I think…) extra weeklies
  • cardio 4 days
  • gym twice
  • rest one day
  • do one random act of kindness this week
  • say hello and good bye to every member at work by name (a lot harder than you think )

lets get this challenge started!!!!!

  2. First off, congratulations on all the progress you've made up until now. You are proof that hard work works! Second, I love your non-weight oriented goals. I think thats a great idea and I'm going to try and think of some that I can do myself. Kindness never hurts :)
Can't wait to see how your week goes, best wishes! xx
