I also made a killer dinner… corned beef and cabbage, I only ate the cabbage and carrots. When ever I cook, I taste this, taste that so I am sure I went over on my points… oh well…
I hit 5 or 6 grocery stores this morning, getting all my goodies …. then gym, then cooked
phew, I am pooped! I am going to go veg out some and just relax….

All of that food looks delicious! Especially the soup, yum! Hope you were able to relax after all of that work.
ReplyDeleteLove corned beef and cabbage but I don't think I could cook it and skip eating it. Good thing I only cook it once or twice a year. :) Your food looks and sounds wonderful.
