Typical day off

cooking day

  • hard boiled eggs
  • Lime protein bars
  • carrot bars
  • chocolate/oatmeal/PB & cranberry protein bars
  • salad
  • green beans
  • vegetable soup
  • acorn squash (not shown)
  • oven baked vegetables (no picture)

I also made a killer dinner… corned beef and cabbage, I only ate the cabbage and carrots. When ever I cook, I taste this, taste that so I am sure I went over on my points… oh well…

I hit 5 or 6 grocery stores this morning, getting all my goodies …. then gym, then cooked

phew, I am pooped! I am going to go veg out some and just relax….

  2. Love corned beef and cabbage but I don't think I could cook it and skip eating it. Good thing I only cook it once or twice a year. :) Your food looks and sounds wonderful.
