I had this great plan today
- baked oatmeal and egg whites
- veggies and turkey meat ball …. times two ( only ate one serving not both)
- Fage yogurt with PB2
- a rice bowl I made, has rice and pilaf, 3 ounces turkey, yams, green beans, sesame seeds and some Sirache sauce
I even took a picture of my scale
I was going to share all my skinny wisdom with you …hack gag puke…. barf …. am I totally full of sheets or what!!!
I was feeling all full of myself and Mama confident this morning
then I walk the produce department…. hummm what's this?? Yogurt pretzels? almonds? trail mix? rice crackers?
so what did I buy??? ALL OF IT!!!!

so so gross… I come home… oh oh I am not done yet!!! I ate a cheeseburger (no bun) and a Snickers candy bar

then I read this article about slime in McDonald’s food, making inedible meat edible…. OMG!!!!! sooooooo gross

today was not good but it will not destroy me, I made bad food choices
