who would have ever thought!? I have always said how I hated counting calories! but this new program Lose it has made things so simple for me I woke up this morning and I didn’t feel this crazy need to weigh myself! I was relaxed
I have been under budget for the last 2 days, I tracked EVERYTHING so I don’t need to stress out! I made my life easy, to lose those pesky 5 pounds in 10 weeks… there is no rush. Yesterdays numbers:
Net 242 Under
I don’t want to eat my exercise calories so that being said, I went 50 calories over, but still under if you take the exercise calories earned.
All in all it actually makes my life easier, and I am not as stressed over my weight, because it is all just a math equation when you get down to the nuts and bolts of it.
